"I've had insurance through a lot of different places and this is the first one that has made me feel like I'm actually cared about as a person. Every time I call or receive a call, it's the same people, not just some call center. I've talked on the phone with Juana herself and she is a delight to chat with! I felt like I was on the phone with a friend. Plus the premiums are more than affordable, compared to what I was quoted elsewhere, and the coverage is amazing. I plan on staying with Juana and her State Farm team for all my insurance needs for as long as I'm able to!"
